Colourful Mackerel Salad

Say goodbye to your usual, boring salad and liven things up with our delicious colourful mackerel salad recipe.

The basis of this salad is our Fish4Ever Mackerel in Spring Water and then you can add lots of your favourite ingredients like potatoes, leafy greens, tomatoes and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar to complete this tasty and nutritious salad.

Duck Egg and Salmon Omelette

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so why not make something filling and hearty like a duck egg and salmon omelette.

You prepare your omelette in the same way as you normally would, but while the eggs are cooking add in some tinned salmon, broccoli and some parmesan. This makes for a satisfying breakfast that will give you all the fuel you need to stay productive throughout your day.

Fish & Veggie Bowl

When we’re in a rush, we love meals like this fish and veggie bowl that allows us to throw all of our favourite ingredients into one saucepan to cook.

We like to use wild pacific salmon as the fish portion of the dish, then use a mix of asparagus, broccoli, tomatoes and courgettes to give our body all of the vitamins and nutrients it could need.

Mackerel Dip

One of our favourite snacks to eat while working is some vegetables, or crisps, in dip but it can sometimes get boring. This is when we started to make our favourite mackerel dip.

All you need is a tin of mackerel, some capers, garlic, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper and you have the perfect dip that you could eat with anything.

Spaghetti with Kombu Sardine Sauce

Our final recipe is a creative take on your traditional spaghetti bolognaise--spaghetti with kombu sardine sauce.

Simply use our Fish4Ever kombu sardine pate mixed with some herbs, garlic, and nori for the sauce to accompany the pasta and you have the perfect Asian-Italian fusion dish.
