This mackerel is one of our staples. It is delicious in salads and goes well in stirfries too. The tin contains substantial fillets, not flakes or small pieces.

Excellent mackerel. We have it mixed with yogurt, a bit of lemon and salt and pepper. Even the kids love it!

Excellent tasting fish, and of course, easy to store. Makes life simpler when you can just pick a can from the pantry shelf, and not get paranoid about freshness.

High processed sead oils being used in some items. Organic rapesead oil is still a sead oil so extremely unhealthy.

This review is on the incorrect product, however, in answer to the seed oil comments. It is not true. The British Heart Foundation even states that 'there is a lack of conclusive evidence that seed oils increase inflammation and raise the risk of cardiovascular disease..in fact, using seeds oil- instead of fats like butter- will help reduce your risk.' In addition, our Organico range is certified Organic and as a result there are many quality controls to adhere to and all land-grown ingredients in our Fish4Ever products are Organic.
