INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup (100g) Organico Nerone Black Rice
- 1 small sweet potato
- 1 tsp oil
- Salt, pepper, sesame, chili powder to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Peel the sweet potato and halve it.
- Boil the rice in slightly salted water for about 35 min.
- Cut one half of the sweet potato into small chunks and fry them in oil until slightly browned.Mix the boiled rice and roasted potatoes together and season to taste with salt, pepper and chili powder.
- Meanwhile cut the other half of the sweet potato into chunks, cover them with water in a saucepan and bring to boil. Then simmer until tender.
- Remove the remaining water, mash with a potato masher or a blender and season with salt, pepper and chili powder.
