Sardine, Grapefruit & Goats Cheese Toast

This fresh and healthy toast makes a perfect light and refreshing lunch.Thanks to @nattys_table for this amazing inspiration!

Ingredients

Sourdough toast
Organic goats cheese
Grapefruit, slice
Lemon juice and chilli flakes to taste
Some watercress leaves

Instructions

1. Spread the goats cheese on a slice of sourdough toast.

2. Add grapefruit slices and sardines.

3. Top with watercress leaves, then season with lemon juice and chilli flakes.
Takes less than 5 minutes to prepare, so enjoy!
