At Organico, we want to regenerate the land, support biodiversity, protect and improve soil, water systems, and the whole natural environment. We could not do this without you.
We work with selected family farms, co-operatives, and smaller producers. All our land ingredients are certified organic - meaning everyone in the chain, including us, is checked and audited regularly. No nice stories with no substance. What we say we do is legally verified.
That's your first guarantee, and it covers processing too. We're not allowed to do anything dodgy there either!
But we go beyond that. Real Regen is all about making improvements on the land with visible, proven benefits. All Real Foods products go through a second verification process with Planet Score - an independent, scientifically structured assessment tool that evaluates key environmental impacts including pesticides, biodiversity, climate, and animal rights.
This score is clearly marked on all our products, and we don't accept a score lower than B.

For us, sustainability requires a comprehensive definition: ecology + social factors + economic factors.
We have a land, sea, and people ethos. We only support local boats and only allow highly targeted fishing methods. These choices radically minimise the risk of illegal fishing and avoid all types of by-catch and the capture or harm of endangered species protected under international conventions.
We are "socially aware" in our sourcing, with very direct or short supply chains. Whenever possible, we support canneries local to the fishing grounds to keep jobs and money in the local economy
Our Decision-Making Process: Fisheries and seafood sustainability are highly complex. The way to answer that complexity is to decide a pathway or approach - and then keep evaluating and updating it. In simple terms, our approach is to ask and answer: "who, what, where, and how?" This opens up a pathway to make the most sustainable and responsible decision possible.
