Sprats are a smaller species of sardines that are native to the Scottish coast.
We fish and pack locally on the North Coast of Scotland. The fish is very delicate, mid-size between an anchovy and a sardine. We pack our sprats in nothing but local Scottish spring water adding only a little salt.
High in Omega 3. Low in salt.
