Tuna Salad

“Tuna salad is delicious with crackers, in a salad or in cold pasta salad. And besides being tasty, it is also very healthy because it is full of omega3.” says the fantastic Dutch blogger @miss.nutrition.

Here’s how you can make her amazing Tuna Salad.


2 cans of Fish4Ever tuna
half a red onion
2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 hand full of parsley
juice from half a lemon
3 pickles
pepper and salt to taste
some capers if you like


1. Drain the tuna.
2. Cut the onion and pickles into small cubes. Roughly chop the parsley. Put it in a bowl together with the tuna.
3. Squeeze out half a lemon and add the juice to the bowl, then mix everything well. 
4. When all ingredients are combined, finally add the mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.

Enjoy the tuna salad in whatever combination you like it best!
