This British take on the Italian classic Vitello Tonnato was created by the lovely @Katytaylored using our Organico capers in brine and Fish4Ever sardines and anchovies.
Instead of veal, she used Organic English tomatoes, sardines in the sauce instead of tuna and salted egg yolk instead of fresh. According to her, mackerel would be great in there, too. Top it of with some deep fried capers and you’re ready to go!
