Spaghetti Shakshuka
How about a recipe that turns excess pasta into a “perfect on the go breakfast, lunch or dinner”?Thank you for yet another great recipe @_naturalnourishment 

Serves 2 

🍝85g Organico Spaghetti 
🍝1/2 jar Organico tomato & basil sauces 
🍝2 Organico grilled peppers 
🍝3 Organico sun-dried tomatoes 
🍝2-4 eggs 
🍝Mixed salad & seeds to serve 

Preheat your oven to 200C.Cook your pasta as per packet instructions, whilst it’s bubbling add the sauce & store cupboard bits to a bowl (slice them into 1-2cm pieces), mixing to combine.Drain & rinse the pasta, toss with the sauce etc & use tongs to create nests. Crack in your eggs & bake for 15 mins until just set.Serve with your greens, season with pepper & sprinkle with seeds.
