Wild Salmon & Veggie Bowl

“This messy little dish was delicious 🐟” says @pr1mebody who made this healthy bowl of goodness!This was 2 servings worth:

Ingredients

•1 chopped onion 
•1 small bunch of asparagus
•1/2 a broccoli 
•3 garlic cloves(throw these in a pan and steam fry for 10min) 
-THEN
•6 Organico sun dried tomatoes
•4 slices of Organico grilled pepper
•1 handful of coriander
•Squeeze of half a lime
•2 medium courgettes spiralised
•2 tins of Fish4Ever wild Pacific salmon
•(Add all the above to the pan after the 10min and serve)
• Add a dash of coconut aminos or soy if you want.

( But you can actually just use any veg in your fridge instead)
