Debi.cale.nutrition used our gluten-free pasta for a “quick healthy dinner” as she says.
Debi paired it with our Red Wine & Porcini Sauce which is in her words “a great way to get in the all-important immune modulating foods:
1. Tomatoes which contain lycopene are great for the immune system,
2. Porcini mushrooms, which are immune regulating and also contain vitamin D.
And last but not least red wine contains powerful antioxidants, including resveratrol.”
Ingredients:
Organico Fusilli
Organico Red Wine & Porcini Sauce
A few hands full of spinach
Salt for the pasta water
Black pepper to taste
