Talented foodblogger @g_foodiefeed cooked a delicious dinner for herself and a friend with our products.
Here's what you'll need:
2 handful of kale
pinch of salt
Organico vegan pesto
chilli flakes (optional)
How to make this pasta dish, serves 2:
✨ cook enough pasta for 2 (I actually cooked 3 portions of pasta, so I have some for lunch today) – I used @organicorealfoods, simply delicious
✨ whilst the pasta is cooking, finely chop and fry a red onion in coconut oil
✨ then add 2 handfuls of kale, a generous amount of frozen peas and a pinch of salt
✨ once the pasta is cooked, drain and then add into the pan with the veg and stir in 3 tbsp of pesto – I used Organico vegan pesto, so tasty!
✨ when pesto is mixed in, serve up and enjoy (maybe add some chilli flakes if you’re feeling spicy)
