Serves 1.
Ingredients:
2 large organic eggs.
1 large handful of cavalo nero.
2-3 piece Organico grilled peppers.
1tbsp almond milk cheese or 1/2 avocado.
Pepper & chipotle flakes if you fancy.
Instructions:
Add the sliced peppers & greens to a pan with 1 tbsp water, cover & steam for 1 min.
Crack in the eggs, use a spatula to mix & toss through the veg then spread into an even thickness.
Spoon on the cheese/ avocado & season, cover & cook for 1-2 mins on high then
SERVE!
