Here is a super simple recipe to get the most out of your Organico Spaghetti and Olives and Fish4Ever skipjack tuna. This recipe comes to us courtesy of abi_the_witterer on Instagram.
2.5tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
Tin of Italian tomatoes
Black and green olives
Pinch of salt
Tin of tuna
Sauté garlic in olive oil, add chilli flakes and mix.
Add tin of tomatoes, crush them with a spoon and add salt.
Cook for about 10mins to thicken.
Reduce heat to low, add olives and then tuna.
Stir gently so you don’t make the tuna pieces too small. It will not be mega saucey!
Cook spaghetti as per packet. Transfer spaghetti to tuna sauce and stir to coat, add some pasta water to the sauce. Remove from heat and add parsley. Add more salt to taste if required.
