This beautifully simplistic pasta dish comes to us courtesy of @veggielucy_ on Instagram. She says It is "super easy and simple while also being a great way to get some plant protein into your meals. We had 3 large portions but could easily make 4"
2x tins of green lentils
1 large onion
Organic Vegetable Bolognese Sauce
Salt and Pepper
Organico Organic Wholewheat Spaghetti
Start of by dicing up your onion and carrot and add to large pan with oil/frylight. Cook until soft. Add in chopped mushrooms and cook till soft adding some mixed herbs and S&P. Once the veg is cooked add in the tins of lentils and the jar of sauce + fill the jar with water and add - mix well. Leaving to cook for 15 mins adding pasta water if it becomes thick.Cook you spaghetti affording to packet instructions and serve with some fresh basil.
