INGREDIENTS
- CRUST
- 120g chickpea flour
- 130g buckwheat flour
- 1tsp bicarbonate of soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1tsp black pepper
- 40ml avocado oil
- 185ml warm water
- SAUCE
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 c soaked macadamia or cashew nuts
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- TOPPINGS
- Organico Artichoke Hearts
- Organico Grilled Peppers
- Tenderstem broccoli
- Caramelised red onions
DIRECTIONS
- Add all your crust ingredients to a bowl, beat well with a spoon for 5 mins. Leave to sit for 15 mins.
- Preheat your oven to 200C.
- Meanwhile add all your sauce ingredients to a blender, purée until smooth.
- Spread your batter onto 2 silicone mat lined trays, top with the sauce & add your toppings.
- 5. Cook for 8-12 mins until golden & crisp.
