Broccoli Bowl with Wild Pink Salmon

The incredibly creative @catherineandrewsnutrition created this beautiful recipe using our Fish4Ever Wild Pacific Pink Salmon 

Ingredients:

Broccoli 
Fish4Ever Wild Pacific Pink Salmon
Grass-fed Butter
Ghee
Avacado (or Coconut) Oil
Paprika
Turmeric
Sea Salt
2x Free Range Organic Eggs
1/2 Avacado
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Purple radish 
Edible Flowers

Method: 

Blend broccoli into rice-sized pieces (if you find yourself blenderless you can buy pre-diced broccoli in supermarkets – but fresh is always the ideal).Lightly cook in grass-fed butter, ghee, avocado oil or coconut oil. Add paprika, turmeric and sea salt.Add 2 whole free range organic eggs and mix in until cooked into a kind of scramble.Add to bowl.Add Fish4Ever wild Pacific pink salmon. Add 1/2 avocado (sliced into cubes).Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and additional sea salt to taste.Sprinkle with sauerkraut.Garnish with purple radish and edible flowers.
