Looking for a delicious and healthy breakfast? How about a nice slice of sourdough bread with this amazing savoury spread by @myredcarpetbody?
All you need to do to make it is blend together the following ingredients:
about 14 Organico Italian black olives in brine and herbs
3 Organico artichoke hearts
1 tbsp. of artichoke oil
1 tbsp. of olive oil
1 heaped tbsp. of almonds, soaked overnight
2 tbsp. of slightly warm water
Juice from 1/4 lemon
1 tsp. of paprika powder
salt and pepper to taste
This makes spread for about four toasts.
You can store it in the fridge for a few days.
@myredcarpetbody topped off her savoury toast with some grilled Padrón peppers, tomatoes, pepper and pumpkin seeds. Also, she paired it with a nice sweet toast with almond butter, red grapes, fresh figs, cacao nibs, pumpkin seeds and honey.
