Vanini Gianuja Chocolate with Whole Hazelnuts
Premium quality and fabulously Vegan friendly, Gianduja is a traditional Italian speciality made by blending dark chocolate with hazelnut paste.
The cocoa beans at the heart of this range come from the Bundibugyo region in Uganda. Icam Chocolate Uganda Ltd was set up in 2010 to support these cocoa farmers. Building a new cocoa harvesting centre improved the quality of the beans and increased farmer income. The scheme was certified as
organic in January 2018.
The single-origin range combines rich cocoa flavours with a high percentage of organic salted pistachios. The texture of smooth chocolate is complemented by crunchy nuts, whilst the natural sweetness is balanced by cocoa’s depth of flavour and the saltiness of the nuts.
